Senter Festival
Ticketing Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket. By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket to the Senter Festival (“Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
General Ticket Conditions
- All tickets are sold online and issued electronically.
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, except in cases of complete event cancellation by the Organizers, where expressly stated by the Organizer, or as required by applicable law.
- A valid electronic ticket containing a valid QR code must be presented for entry. Each ticket is valid for one admission only.
- Once scanned and validated, a ticket is considered used and cannot be reused, transferred, or revalidated.
- Damaged, altered, duplicated, manipulated, or unreadable QR codes may be rejected.
- The Organizer is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, copied, shared, damaged, or used without the purchaser's permission. Ticket holders are responsible for keeping their tickets and QR codes secure. Do not post or share your QR code publicly.
Ticket Prices & Fees
The ticket price shall be the price displayed and accepted at the time the order is completed. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the advertised ticket price may exclude additional charges such as ticketing/service fees, payment processing or gateway fees, taxes or government charges, currency conversion or foreign exchange charges, or other administrative charges. All applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
Purchase Limits
Unless otherwise stated, one (1) purchaser/valid identification document may purchase a maximum of ten (10) tickets per transaction. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel orders that exceed the permitted ticket limit, involve suspected fraudulent activity, or are made using automated purchasing methods.
Purchaser Responsibility
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during purchase is complete and accurate. For purchases containing multiple tickets, the purchaser is responsible for distributing them only to intended attendees. Purchasers must not publicly share ticket QR codes or confirmation details. The Organizer is not responsible where a valid ticket has already been used by another person before the rightful purchaser arrives.
Identification & Verification
The Organizer may require the purchaser or ticket holder to present a valid original government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card / NIC or Passport), the ticket confirmation email, and/or the valid QR code associated with the ticket. Where the Organizer reasonably believes that the information or documentation provided is false, insufficient, fraudulent or does not correspond with the ticket purchase, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission, subject to applicable law.
Age Restrictions
- Children below 7 years old will not be admitted.
- Persons aged 7 to 17 years old must hold a valid ticket and be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult aged 21 years or above.
- Persons aged 18 years and above may enter independently with a valid ticket, subject to any other applicable Event restrictions.
Parents, guardians and accompanying adults are responsible for ensuring that minors under their supervision comply with all Event and venue rules.
Entry & Re-Entry
Re-entry is strictly prohibited unless otherwise expressly announced by the Organizer. Once a ticket holder exits the Event venue after admission, the Organizer may refuse re-entry. Admission remains subject to security screening, identification checks, ticket validation, venue capacity, and compliance with Event rules.
Unauthorized Ticket Sales & Resale
Tickets should only be purchased through the official ticketing platform at www.sentermusicfestival.com or an authorized ticketing partner announced by the Organizer. Tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties are purchased entirely at the buyer's risk. The unauthorized resale of tickets is prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate or cancel tickets reasonably determined to be fraudulent, duplicated, bot-purchased, or resold in breach of these terms.
Security & Prohibited Items
All ticket holders may be subject to reasonable security screening. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, explosives or flammable materials, professional recording equipment without authorization, and any object considered by Event security to pose a safety risk. Refusal to comply may result in refusal of admission or removal without refund.
Conduct & Refusal of Admission
The Organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person who behaves violently, dangerously, abusively, or disruptively; appears to pose a safety risk; attempts to enter restricted areas; fails to comply with rules; or engages in illegal activities. Removal or refusal of admission may be without refund where permitted by law.
Weather Conditions
Senter Festival may proceed in changing weather conditions. Ticket holders should prepare appropriately. The Event may continue during rain where safe. The Organizer reserves the right to delay, suspend, interrupt, relocate, postpone, or cancel all or part of the Event where weather conditions create a safety concern.
Event Delay, Postponement, or Cancellation
If postponed, tickets purchased for the original date will generally remain valid for the rescheduled date. If cancelled in full and not rescheduled, refund procedures will be announced. Separate expenses such as flights, hotels, or travel costs will not be reimbursed by the Organizer.
Artist & Programme Changes
Artists, performers, schedules, stage timings, and programmes are subject to change. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute artists, modify schedules, or adjust venue layouts without automatically entitling ticket holders to a refund.
Photography, Video & Recording
Unauthorized professional photography, audio/video recording, live streaming, or commercial recording is prohibited. Drones and professional gear are restricted. By entering the Event, ticket holders acknowledge that photography and audio/video recording take place and consent to incidental appearance in Event promotional/archival materials.
Personal Data & Privacy
Personal information (including Full Names, NIC/Passport ID numbers, and Email addresses) collected during ticket registration and purchase will be processed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy for ticket fulfillment, identity verification, security access control, and compliance with legal requirements.
Assumption of Risk & Force Majeure
Ticket holders voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with attending a large-scale music festival. The Organizer is not liable for failure to perform its obligations where prevented or delayed by force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
